2. Products and Services
All products and services are delivered by Unlock Themes electronically to your email address or via direct download from your user dashboard. We are not responsible for any technical issues on your side that may prevent you from downloading or using our products.
3. Licensing Policy
Our digital products (scripts, themes, and templates) are provided under specific licensing terms. A Regular License allows you to use the item for one single end product which end users are not charged for. An Extended License is required if end users are charged to access or use the end product. You may not redistribute, resell, lease, license, sub-license or offer our products to any third party.
4. Support Policy
We offer support for our products for a limited time (typically 6 months) from the date of purchase. Support includes assistance with product features and bug fixes. It does not include customization, installation services, or support for third-party plugins/server environments unless explicitly purchased.
